Daniel Rodríguez Navas
Daniel Rodríguez Navas (Dani), has a passion for food and a special love for local, high-quality, environmentally friendly, sustainable ingredients. He believes in the power of food as a positive healing tool to help all our guests in their recovery and is well versed in cooking balanced nutritional diets to suit specific individual requirements.
Dani trained as a chef at the prestigious Luis Irizar Cooking School in Plasencia, Spain and has over 15 years of experience working as a chef around Spain, France and the UK. He is also certified as a Kitchen and Banqueting Manager by the Spanish Federation of Hospitality; holds a French for catering certificate; and the Trainer of Trainers certificate awarded by the Spanish Chamber of Hospitality.
Dani came to live on Ibiza in 2018 and started working here at Ibiza Calm in 2020.
