Dani has a long passion for food and a special love for local, quality and fresh ecological ingredients. He believes in the power of using food as a positive tool to help healing guests.
Dani is trained as a chef at the prestigious Luis Irizar Cooking School in Plasencia Spain and has over 15 years of experience working as a chef around Spain, France and the UK.
Dani also has the certificate Kitchen and Banquetings Manager by the Spanish Federation of Hospitality.
French for catering Certificate and the Trainer of trainers certificate by Spanish Chamber of Hospitality.
He is well versed in cooking balanced nutritional diets to suit individual requirements.
Dani came to live in Ibiza in 2018 and started working here at Ibiza Calm in 2020.
