Sarah has worked at Ibiza Calm since 2018 and is currently studying at London’s Metanoia Institute for a BACP accredited Person Centred Counselling degree. She completed a Certificate in Therapeutic Skills and Studies at Metanoia in 2020.
Sarah qualified with a BA (Hons) degree in Science and Society from Bristol UWE. Her dissertation research on societal addiction sparked her interest in the field of drug addiction. Sarah has researched extensively on how technology and smart phone use impact individuals and regularly workshops on the subject, along with mindfulness and self-care.
Sarah worked for Turning Point, Somerset’s drug and alcohol services, under the supervision of the organisation’s Chief Medical Officer Dr Gordon Morse before moving to Ibiza in 2015.
